Our Pro Hub is a revolutionary design. First, we've managed to shave away 25% of the weight compared to a standard hub without sacrificing strength. The inner bore of the hub is relieved so that only the pinch bolt area actually contacts the axle. Our testing has shown that this has a similar affect to using a shortened axle - the kart is more free on entry, but has better exit grip as compared to a normal 95mm hub.
Each hub includes four plastic spacers, which are used to control hub spacing. Simply drop the desired spacer into the hub, then slide the hub all the way onto the axle until the spacer is tight against the end of the axle. This completely prevents the hub from sliding inwards. Includes two 6mm pinch bolts and a set screw over the key.
