TERMS & CONDITIONS

Business Hours: Our phone lines are open 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday mountain time. After hours, you may leave a message on our voice mail system, fax your order or use our secure online order form.

Shipping: Most orders are shipped the same day placed if received by 3:00pm mountain time. If there will be a delay in your shipment, you will be notified with an estimated ship date. We ship via UPS including ground, express and international shipping options. Some orders are shipped out via US mail. If you use our online ordering system, your shipping charges will be estimated during that process. Please note that occasionally your shipping charge may vary from that shown on the online system due to limitations for odd sized items such as axles, bodywork, seats, etc. Your actual charges are calculated based on the actual UPS charge plus a small handling fee. PLEASE note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Actual physical address information is required. If you receive an item that was damaged in shipment, please notify us immediately and retain all of the packaging materials. Damage/loss claims must be filed with our carrier within 10 days of shipment. If you do not receive your package, the same limitations apply, so please let us know if you do not have your package within 1 week of placing the order. If your order is missing items, you must contact us with 2 days of receipt.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us, please call or email us to arrange for return. All returns must be requested within 30 days of your order. The parts must be in new, unused condition. Once a part is installed on your kart it is used and not returnable. A copy of the original Shockwave Karting invoice must accompany the returned product. Returned products must be properly packaged and insured. Freight collect packages will not be accepted. You must contact us to receive permission to return the product and the return shipping address.

Special Orders: All sales are final on special orders. Certain special orders may require prepayment of all or a portion of the invoice. Special orders include custom, made-to-order products. Shockwave Karting may offer modifications to our standard product line to suit your individual needs. Custom modifications are considered special order products. Certain items such as driving suits and customized graphics are special order items as well.

Warranty: Shockwave Karting warranties all of its products to be free of manufacturing defects. Any defective item will be accepted for refund or replacement if returned within 30 days of shipment. Used items are sold “as is” with no warranties. Please see our return policy above.
